Helped Marisa to her Non-Delta, More-Alaska flight to Burbank this morning. She wanted to check-in on the internet but it was a ticket issued from Delta for an Alaska flight, so she couldn't use the Delta check-in site for that...and Alaska wouldn't allow a web check-in for a flight booked through Delta.
